Thank you for getting back to me. I'm afraid that there's nothing much to discuss at this point, since services were completed to my satisfaction at another location. As far as more details about my my experience at Arlington: upon arrival to my scheduled appointment and presenting a coupon for a "Complimentary inspection" to a service advisor, I was asked "Why?". I've explained my concern about issues with brakes. To which he responded that "we are busy now", and started to check car history, and "recommended" to replace all fluids in the car. Upon "completion" of inspection I was told that everything is ok. A week later I went to another Lexus dealership where I witnessed that brake pads were 100% gone. The point is: if it's an inspection (complimentary or otherwise) it has to be completed with honesty and respect to a customer. Brake inspection could be done without removing a wheel to identify a visible issue/problem, which I believe an excessive wear of pads falls into this category. Perhaps I will have another opportunity to utilize your services (in the distant future), and perhaps I will have more positive experience.
