The service performed was fine. However, when I arrived at the dealership, it took a while to get someone to get the keys to my car. No one brought my car to me. I saw it in the lot and went to it myself, which I thought was odd. The inside of the car on the driver's side was very dirty (the inside door and floormat) which shocked me. So far my overall experience with the Lexus dealership has been quite disappointing, especially considering how expensive their product is. More
