Very disappointed this time. I had a message on my dashboard display “AWD malfunction 2 wheel drive engaged”. I signed a paper agreeing to pay $165 to diagnose the problem. I was told the problem was dashboard display “AWD malfunction 2 wheel drive engaged”. I signed a paper agreeing to pay $165 to diagnose the problem. I was told the problem was a lose gas cap. I had to pay the $165. Do you really think I should have had to pay this for what was diagnosed as a lose gas cap??? Based on this - I would buy another Lexus——from a different dealer More
