I would have rated them with a 5 as the buying process went smoothly. But it only came with one key (which I was unaware of until I went to leave with the car) and follow up from Edgar has not been good. went smoothly. Said he would call back with in an hour. 72 hours later, I had to reach out to him. Also, found out after the fact that Kamil pulled a 'hard credit check' when we were not financing a loan through him. We were refinancing our mortgage so this posed a problem, as requesting 'credit check' lowered our credit score. Called him on Monday 2/21, said he would have a manager get back with me. No one did. Tried reaching out to GM, Marcin. His main line voice mail box is full which is unsatisfactory for a GM. I've sent two emails to him without a response. I don't think Marcin cares about his customers! This went from a simple problem of getting me a second key to lack of communication which made me change my rating from a 5 to 2. COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY POOR. I feel since I made a purchase and it was only a used car(which was a big expense for us), that no one there cares. I've since had to go purchase another key on my own, an additional expense I was not wanting to incur. Marcin's lack of communication is making me want to contact Rohrman Midwest Executive offices. Unless something changes, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. 'The Largest Lexus dealer in the Nation' and the poor leadership. More
