I brought my Lexus for an oil change. Upon completion, I did not receive a 27-point inspection report. When a service advisor contacted me, I asked him for a report and he emailed it to me. The inspection s did not receive a 27-point inspection report. When a service advisor contacted me, I asked him for a report and he emailed it to me. The inspection showed that everything was fine except 4 tires. There was no information about a burnt DRL bulb. The air and cabin filters have not been replaced since last March, but the report showed they were OK. Now I don't think the inspection has been made. More
Very welcoming. Although my car has nothing to be worried and written on the paper what service has done, it would be nice if there was a little explanation from the service department. Disappointing there was no car wash because of the Arctic weather. At least the driver’s side floor mat could have been washed. Customers will appreciate those kind of little service! More
