If I could give them zero stars, I would. A horrible shopping experience. We were told a vehicle was at the dealership, so we traveled to it to have a look, and found out they didn’t have it. We went to test drive a vehicle and it did not start. They jumped it and it did not start again. The salesman is clearly new to the industry and wouldn’t offer us a competitive price unless we were prepared to ‘walk out the door’ with the vehicle. Tom Prondzinski went beyond the definition of providing excellent service. I had a dead car battery since the car was not used due to recent hip surgery.
