We came to buy a car and left with none even though they found the car we wanted. Noticed employees and customers without face masks and no social distancing. Signage specially states that face masks are found the car we wanted. Noticed employees and customers without face masks and no social distancing. Complained to 3 employees one of whom totally ignored my complaint and was with a customer neither of whom were wearing face coverings or social distancing. Sales person provided limited acknowledgment of the problem and more interested in the sale. Very disappointing experience and so no longer going to this dealership for car buying or servicing on our current Lexus. More

For nearly two decades, I have been a big fan of your service department because the staff was always courteous and respectful, as well as patient and informative. However, this visit was quite different; it was the most disappointing experience since my first purchase in December 2003. I was not expected to be lectured and told, “Look, I’m not saying you’re wrong and I’m not disagreeing or agreeing with you; I’m just telling you a fact.” The use of antithesis was quite unnecessary. My husband and I do agree that driving 5000-6000 miles per year could potentially weaken the battery performance, although it’s never happened with my three previous ESes. Should that be the case, then, please offer some explanations why, at this time, I had to ‘jump start’ the brand new Lexus, which is rather embarrassing. I would have expected him to take time and check that I had previously owned three ESes, all purchased from Arlington Lexus, and that this never happened. By the way, the service report states ‘found battery to have failed the load test’, though the service advisor called and told me ‘there was nothing wrong, but we changed the battery anyway to be sure.’ Now, I am totally confused. To further compound my frustration, another issue with the backup camera (the yellow lines were missing and the warning sign showing at the upper left corner of the monitor for two days, then went back to normal on the third day) was never explained. Why did the warning sign appear and then disappear? Did it mean ‘battery failure? It’s the WARNING sign; if it was a fluke incident, then, Lexus would have a bigger issue. Please explain. A lack of tactful communication skills along with poor listening made me one dissatisfied customer. Hope this was an isolated case at your dealership. More
