Routine service I like this dealership. Observing over the years I’ve seen the service staying good but the facility deteriorate in the upstairs play area. Most play I like this dealership. Observing over the years I’ve seen the service staying good but the facility deteriorate in the upstairs play area. Most play items are broken and are not being repaired. This only matters because I take a 3 yr old along with me. Also, I feel there is a substantial pressure on associates to upsell. I’m not a mechanic, so maybe the push for extra procedures is true, but EVERY Service? Today the extra service would have added cost and taken an additional hour. My toddler had already worn me out over last 2 hours of service so I declined but was pressured anyway. I escaped. So if the game room was functional and I wasn’t frazzled, I would have done additional service but with an increased sense that routine service will ALWAYS bring an upsell, as this has happened each and every time over the last few years. Sigh More
