Terrible Experience Terrible experience. I purchased a used car in the winter of 2019. While the purchase process was simple and easy, the experience afterward has been a Terrible experience. I purchased a used car in the winter of 2019. While the purchase process was simple and easy, the experience afterward has been a nightmare. About 7 days after my purchase, the car started making a loud clicking noise. I took the car to the shop and upon inspection, it was determined the camshaft was pitted and damaged. I spoke with the used car sales manager (name omitted on purpose), who was helpful and willing to assist in resolving the issue, but his GM, Marcin refused to approve any sort of assistance. I went back and fourth with the dealership over the span of three weeks. Multiple emails to Marcin and multiple calls to Marcin went unanswered and were never returned. Moreover, Illinois also has an Implied Warranty statute on any used vehicles covering the power-train and other integral auto parts if found within 15 days. After absolutely zero response from Marcin, I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. They have no statutory authority to enforce any sort of action, but typically a business will at least respond to the complaint. However, the dealership and the GM have not responded to the state of Illinois as well. I am so disappointed after a good initial purchase process, this has been such a disaster. Not only the fact that I had to bite an extra $2,000 on my purchase to fix the my car, but the fact that the GM wont even respond to an email, or talk to me is truly telling of the type of business he is running.
