Lexus Arlington The service to my car was impeccable as always. I would never take my car anywhere else but to a Lexus dealer. My only issue is the time it takes to The service to my car was impeccable as always. I would never take my car anywhere else but to a Lexus dealer. My only issue is the time it takes to get serviced. The last two times it's taken over a day and that is too long (even with a loaner). My experience is 1 hour for an oil change and maybe up to 3 hours for brakes. If they can cut the time down I'd raise my ratting to a 5 star. More

Great experience We are very appreciative for the help that Isabela and Jim Cooper gave us through the long process of finding and buying the car we wanted. We bought a certified preowned Lexus that is in excellent condition but we did notice a dent here and a tiny windshield rock chip that was barely cracking. They agreed to fix both small items without any questions. We spent a lot of time texting Isabela for pictures and information, and she always quickly delivered exactly what we needed. The only reason for not giving 5 stars would be an issue with the finance department. It was eventually resolved amicably but it did add a stress to the buying experience that we wish could have been avoided. But overall, I would recommend Arlington Lexus as providing a good buying experience with good people. More
