Excellent care of me & my car 45000 mile servicing. Relayed brake problem and after checking them it was recommended that I replace front & back brakes. Perg Valve I got into my car on Friday and the check engine light was on. I drove to this Lexus dealer and had it looked at. I was greeted by Rob, a member of th I got into my car on Friday and the check engine light was on. I drove to this Lexus dealer and had it looked at. I was greeted by Rob, a member of the service department. He took my car and looked at it in a timely manner. Turns out the perg valve went bad. Without any questions asked Rob offered me a loaner with an iPass. I drive 400 miles a week to work, so I greatly appreciated the offer. They didn’t have the part in stock so it took 6 days for the part to come in and for my vehicle to be completed. The service by Rob was fantastic! He was able to work around my schedule when dropping the loaner and picking up my car. My only complaint is that I found a few random black marks on the seats of my car. They did come off with water but they weren’t there prior to me dropping the car off. More
