Suspect damage was caused at last tire replacement at 40k performed by Lexus tech. May or may not return for service here, depends on receiving a satisfactory answer to what likely caused rotor damage. Normal driving is not the likely cause. More

Everything I Needed This was the first time i brought my Lexus to Arlington of Lexus for Service. Everything was very easy. Haresh filled out my information quickly, ha This was the first time i brought my Lexus to Arlington of Lexus for Service. Everything was very easy. Haresh filled out my information quickly, had a rental car ready immediately, and got me on my way quickly. The work was done in one day under a heavy workload. When I came back, my car was cleaned better than when I brought it, and check out went quickly and smoothly. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I'll be back. Emergency repair - Fri afternoon before Labor Day Had a dead battery and needed a replacement....but this happened @3pm on Friday before Labor Day weekend.....the wait alaone for a car wash was 3+hrs. Had a dead battery and needed a replacement....but this happened @3pm on Friday before Labor Day weekend.....the wait alaone for a car wash was 3+hrs. But the Service guys worked with me to get the battery swapped out and me back on the road by 5pm. I was very happy it was able to be squeezed in and taken care of. The rating for the service for this day is outstanding. More
Latest service . Lexus gave me prompt appointment and also loaner. But here are the things that made appointment poor 1. Car did not come out clean - no vacuum 2. Back seat had some sticky liquid spill on it 3. My rear seat belt was twisted - a minor task , service department called me and stated that it will cost 150 bucks to fix it since they have to take out the whole panel . I told them I will do it myself - it took me 5 mins with a screwdriver to fix it . Left a bad taste that dealership is trying to nickel and dime you 4. I told the dealership that probably my front light is not working - they said they tested everything and all is good . Sure enough my front light was not working 5. The car is making a grinding sounds sometimes on braking - the brakes are all new. Dealership did not mention anything on that . Not sure if they took it on test drive Seemed to me heavy focus was on upselling the service . More
