The service manager is rude 😒 I brought my car in for an oil change. I pulled into the service drive and specially informed the porter do not let the driver's side window down. So when my car was done an oil change. I pulled into the service drive and specially informed the porter do not let the driver's side window down. So when my car was done the service advisor said that they couldn't get my window up. I said explained to him that I wasn't paying for that so ya'll need to fix it. He was rude and told me what he wasn't able to do. I had to be at work soon and I asked for a loaner car. Well they fixed it. I didn't appreciate the attitude and I won't be coming back to get my car serviced at your dealership. I'll make sure to post on YELP about my experience at Lexus of Arlington. More
