Went for my first Lexus certified service. The process was seamless and easy. I received a brand new GX for the day and I unfortunately had to return it. When I went to pick up the car, all my minor issues were addressed and vehicle was serviced/washed, I did forget to tell them about a plastic push clip that was missing from the engine cover. To my surprise, they put a new one in without asking. I was very pleased knowing their mechanic noticed it and feel that their attention to detail was top notch.
