I have used LEXUS of AC almost exclusively for my car for the past two years. I’ve had maintenance, body, electrical, and mechanical work done there. Most times I’ve been there I’ve felt comfortable and reas the past two years. I’ve had maintenance, body, electrical, and mechanical work done there. The last time I took my car there I had issues with the service adviser explaining my repair options and giving me conflicting amounts with pricing. I was frustrated and disappointed but then I received a call from the service manager, Jim Michener. He was patient, understanding, and most of all made me want to come back. After a bad experience he was able to make me feel like a valued and important customer. More

However, my experience at the Lexus of Atlantic City dealership was so positive that I am moved to share. Kristina was my sales person and from the moment we started the process I felt immediately at ease. I -like many others- do not enjoy car buying. You would think it would be a joyous time, an exciting time, but the “hard sell” approach that most salespeople take makes it the exact opposite. This was not the case with Kristina. She was patient with me and all the questions that I had, and I had many. I never felt rushed or pushed. She assessed my needs and put me into the perfect car for me and my budget. She did an amazing job, as did the whole staff. I love my IS 350. I highly recommend Lexus of Atlantic City and working with Kristina. Happiest car purchase we’ve ever made! We new what we wanted and had contacted 3 Lexus dealerships. Atlantic City Lexus was by far the most responsive, Kristina “listened” to what we wanted We new what we wanted and had contacted 3 Lexus dealerships. Atlantic City Lexus was by far the most responsive, Kristina “listened” to what we wanted and immediately prepared a very organized e-mail with easy to use links depicting your inventory. After a couple of days we made a decision on what car to make an offer on. Unfortunately, it just sold. Very disappointing, so we told Kristina to keep us in mind, especially if one come in with 20 inch wheels. I feel like I’m rambling right now, but that’s because we are so happy. Long story short, Kristina went out into your lot, found us a car, negotiated, a price over the phone, and shot down the parkway (60 miles) check in hand. Then Kristina and Joe got us in and out with no stress. We will absolutely tell all our family and friends to go to AC Lexus, especially Kristina. More

Bought 3 Lexus vehicles from them. Wife bought a ES350 while I drove a Honda Pilot. After driving Her ES350 I dumped the Pilot and bought a RX350 WE COULDN"T BE MORE PLEASED.
