As I'd requested, the paperwork had been prepared before we arrived and that saved my wife and me lots of time, especially as it was a 3-hour drive round trip. All we had to do was test-drive and sign! Helen took her time with us, pairing the phone and getting other important things set up, and she didn't let us leave until she knew we were comfortable enough with the new car before starting the long drive home.
