They were so helpful and sympathetic and quickly replaced my car . Recently I had occasion to renew my lease on a new Lexus. My sales person Helen Bitzburger whom I met only that day was like visiting with an old friend it was a very delightful experience and of course when this lease runs out, I will go back for my next car. Need to take women car shoppers seriously On July 3 my son and I went to Lexus of Atlantic City to test drive and purchase a Lexus IS250. Michael made an appointment with Chuck Landherr and wh On July 3 my son and I went to Lexus of Atlantic City to test drive and purchase a Lexus IS250. Michael made an appointment with Chuck Landherr and when we arrived we told him the exact car we wanted to test drive. We go out for a spin and there wasn't much conversation. He asked me if I wanted to know anything about the car and I told him I wanted to listen to his pitch/overview on the car and he said he didn't have one. I asked him what the mpg was and he answered "20 something depending on how you drive." I am not stupid, online it said 20 city / 27 highway. When we returned I asked him about the trade in on my Saab as I was looking for a number to then further negotiate for the car. Unfortunately his answer was "we have an appraiser to do that and everything comes down from the manager." OK, so you aren't going to give me a ball park. Upon leaving, he said, when you come back, we give good deals, wink. I don't think I will be coming back. Too bad, because I had my checkbook in my purse ready to make a purchase. You should really take women who come into the dealership seriously. We wouldn't be there to waste your time, as our time is just as valuable. Yesterday (July 6) I received a form flyer letter in the mail thanking me for coming in. How unprofessional. More
