Great experience! My husband and I arrived late in the afternoon on a Saturday just looking into a new car lease with no intention of getting a new car at that point. He greeted us with a warm welcome and because he was busy helping another customer immediately turned us over to Harry. Harry and Tony gave us a great deal on a beautiful new car and then turned us back over to Franco to finish the paperwork. Franco stayed past closing since our schedules didn't allow us to come back during the week. He was so friendly and helpful, even though it was way past closing time, he ended up staying even longer so he could go over the details of the car and set up the Bluetooth! He was patient and had a great attitude. That was a busy Saturday and finance office got little backed up. But Ed was constantly checking with me to make sure that I was OK.
