My husband and I set out in the am to go to Atlantic City Lexus. We said to each other "we are NOT buying a car today we are just looking". We got here and met Helen Bitzberger who showed us the Lexus RX 3 Lexus. We said to each other "we are NOT buying a car today we are just looking". We got here and met Helen Bitzberger who showed us the Lexus RX 350 which is what we were interested in. Helen explained the cars on the lot which we felt she was extremely knowledgable. It helped us narrow our decision down to one car. We went for a test drive and loved the car. So with Helen's help we purchased the car the very same day! It was a very pleasant experience. All the people at Lexus were extremely nice, it seemed they couldn't do enough for you. Helen was amazing and the next car we buy we would want to buy from her. This is why we gave Atlantic City Lexus a 5 rating in all categories! More

My overall experience with this purchase was exceptional. From negotiating the deal to delivery, the transaction was pleasurable and seamless. I particularly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. I experienced none of the buzz, pressure and games found at most dealerships. Helen was respectful of my time, and incredibly helpful familiarizing me with the car. I purchased a Lexus ES300 hybrid. The vehicle is quiet, luxurious and offers a comfortable ride. The electronics appear daunting, but with a bit of educating from Helen, I was able to learn enough to manage them quite effectively. This car is a computer on wheels, but best of all it looks great and drives like a dream. I highly recommend Lexus of Atlantic City and Helen Bitzberger. More

I am extremely happy with this dealership. All the guys I dealt with were excellent. Stooped in to talk about purchasing a vehicle. I was told they didn't have the color combo I wanted this was a wednesday.Chuck told me he could have it in a day. Called the next day told me the car was in i said great. He told me he was off friday but would be in saturday. I told him great would see him saturday morning at 11am keep in mind I was driving 45 minutes to get there.Called twice friday to ask a few questions no one could answer. I called saturday morning 9am and told him I would be there at 11am as scheduled.When we pulled up another salesman was pulling car up removing plastic cover from seat. I said that's the car they brought in for us. Told Chuck and his response was lets give it a few minutes. Meanwhile they let someone test drive it. 10 minutes later the people went into the other salesmans office I said to Chuck shouldn't you say something his response was lets not draw attention to the vehicle. He knew I was stewing next thing you know they signed the paperwork and sold the car on us. Chucks response to my question the second time about why he didn't say anything was it wasn't the Christian thing to do. It was ok to screw us out of the deal but not ok to tell the other people it was sold. Right from the beginning Chuck told me he wouldn't play games well you scrwed us thanks. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. Even the manager said no big deal we can get you another car Thanks guys great service. Have moved on and bought elsewhere. More

This is the second vehicle I bought from Atlantic City Lexis. Barry treated me like family. I HAD A UNIQUE KIND OF BUYING EXPERIENCE. I HAD JUST HAD TRIPLE FUSION ON MY NECK TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO MY VISIT TO LEXUS OF ATLANTIC CITY. I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW SUV, MY SISTER DEB, HAD TO DRIVE FOR ME, SIN TRIPLE FUSION ON MY NECK TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO MY VISIT TO LEXUS OF ATLANTIC CITY. I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW SUV, MY SISTER DEB, HAD TO DRIVE FOR ME, SINCE I WAS IN A FULL NECK BRACE. I HAD BEEN TO CADILAC THE DAY PRIOR AND WAS ON MY WAY TO PHILLY FOR MY FIRST DR.'S VISIT SINCE SURGERY. WE STOPPED IN TO LEXUS OF AC AND MET HARRY GRIMLEY RIGHT AWAY, I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO HARRY AND HE GOT US INTO A BEAUTIFUL RX 350, WE WORKED OUT THE DETAILS AND PICKED UP THE LEXUS THE NEXT DAY. My experience was excellent starting with the emails reminding me that lease end was approaching right through to closing a deal on a lease.
