From the first inquiry to driving away in my new Lexus every employee I had interaction with responded quickly and friendly. My wife and I stopped by the dealership to check out the new models and to see what kind of a deal we could put together. I was greeted by Harry, who is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. He asked new models and to see what kind of a deal we could put together. I was greeted by Harry, who is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. He asked some basic questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. As a current Lexus owner, I already had a specific vehicle and options in mind. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and comfortable the process was. No 'Dog and Pony Show' going back and forth every 5 minutes with the proverbial 'were do we need to be?'. We were specific on what options and colors we needed on the vehicle, monthly and down payment amounts. Rob and Harry presented a straight deal. The numbers were in the ball park, and we were comfortable with the deal. It was not a vehicle that was currently in inventory, but they were confident that the correct vehicle would be located. Harry was excellent in communicating when the vehicle would be ready for delivery, and the process was seamless. I must also mention that Mike really took the time to go over all the different options available. He really knows the technology side of the vehicle, but also offered some interesting information on some of the design changes over previous models. I recently lost my 2008 Lexus GS due to hurricane Sandy. I did not hesitate to return to lexus of Atlantic City to replace the car. This is my 4th car purchased/leased thru this dealership. Everyone at this dealership does an outstanding job of making the car buying experience a positive one. Everyone seems to be a 'team player' with the focus of making sure you are comfortable and happy and well informed on the products they are presenting. I would also like to thank Tom for 'jumping in' when I came in unannounced and Helen and Chuck were not available to answer a couple of questions. My husband and I have been customers of Lexus of Atlantic City for 10 years now. Our experience has always been a good one. The staff is friendly, but more importantly, knowledgable. We bought two cars y City for 10 years now. Our experience has always been a good one. The staff is friendly, but more importantly, knowledgable. We bought two cars yesterday. A gently used Toyota Matrix, with only 4,000 miles, and a new 2012 LS350. As it has been in the past, this purchase was completed with ease. That's what I like about dealing with the employees at this dealership. There is no game playing. We, as customers, feel we are consistently treated fairly and honestly. The service department has always been accommodating. When we bring our cars in for maintenance, we feel confident that we are getting the best service. I want to thank Scott Harvey for his patience as my husband and I agonized over a difficult decision. Because of his vast knowledge of various car makes and models, Vinnie Lombardi was excellent in helping us with our Toyota purchase. Chuck Landherr is like a friend we have known for years. We considered trying other car manufacturers this time and even investigated a few. But, we have not found another dealership or car manufacturer that can compare with Lexus of Atlantic City. More
