I have been with Lexus for 12+ years because Lexus of AC provides outstanding customer service and car maintenance! They have serviced all three of my cars and I would never consider going anywhere else! No other car dealership can offer the amenities that Lexus of AC does. My car is kept beautiful with their complimentary car washes each Saturday. In addition, Lou, Chris and Bob in service are always able to provide a courtesy car so I never have to wait. Although… waiting is never a problem with apple pie, bagels, coffee and juice available! You will never feel pressured to buy at this agency. They respect your time and truly listen to your needs. We were looking for a 2009 Lexus 350 with a navigation system. I found one on line , called and spoke to Vincent . He immediately went out and looked to see if the car was what we were looking for . My wife purchased her "dream" car (2012 RX 350)from Lexus of Atlantic City a few weeks ago. Not only was she thrilled with it, I was hooked too. We passed the Pre-Owned lot and decided to st 350)from Lexus of Atlantic City a few weeks ago. Not only was she thrilled with it, I was hooked too. We passed the Pre-Owned lot and decided to stop in. The cars they had on the lot were really nice. This is where we met Vinnie, our salesperson. He was very friendly from the start. We test drove two different pre-owned Lexus cars and decided that the RX 350 was also perfect for me. A few hours later, we returned and I test drove another RX 350 and I was sold!!!! Vinnie and the entire staff were so accommodating. We even had a tour of the service department. From my wife's purchase, to mine...the service was top notch. Vinnie was professional, yet he made us feel very comfortable. It was not your typical car buying experience...this one was special from the moment we arrived.
