He was a true professional and very knowledgeable about the features of the RX 350. He made the experience fun and he was just a joy to interact with. The entire staff was outgoing, friendly and truly genuine. Lori Hamill in finance was fantastic work with as well. She made my purchase seamless. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as this is a large and exciting purchase. Each employee made me feel like a valued member of the Lexus of Atlantic City family. Scott Harvey, the General Manager, went the extra mile to make us feel special as well. He told us the Lexus experience would be like no other and he was correct! Wow!!! We were so impressed with my new Lexus and this experience, we ended up purchasing three RX 350's in the month of May within our family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lexus as it will be the best car buying experience of their life. Thanks Lexus of Atlantic City for making our dreams come true. More

I was a little worried about some negative postings I had read, until I found out that they were written by a former disgruntled employee, I decided on leasing a new LS.Wow, what a car, Helen was great, real read, until I found out that they were written by a former disgruntled employee, I decided on leasing a new LS.Wow, what a car, Helen was great, really knows the car inside and out. I had been using Lexus of AC's Service Dept. on a used Lexus I had purchased. I got a great number for my trade and decided to buy my dream car. I priced them with 3 other dealers and they did beat the best price I got by $35.00 per month. That doesn't sound like alot but it adds up. When I took delivery it was raining, so they gave me a free detail, and a week later I came back in and they did a perfect job. The car was SPOTLESS. I also go EVERY saturday for my free carwash. How do you top that. I go in for my coffee and 20 minutes later my car is spotless, and they do the interior and exterior. This place is amazing Thank you Helen, Naz, and everyone that helps keep me on the road. More
I have purchased 5 cars from Lexus of AC and I swear it just gets better each time I go. To say that they treat me like family is an understatement. I spilled some soda all over the front of my car 2 days after I purchased it. When I brought it back, not only did they get all the stains out, they didn't even charge me. Great service and detail dept. the local shop wanted $100 to get them out. Thanks again, I'm glad I saw that billboard that read how do you like me now. With the GS. Well, I do like this dealership very much and love my car even more. Very clever billboard, by the way, brilliant. Lexus is finally pushing the limits of what luxury cars should be. More

Barry and the sales manager were very patient with us, as we came back 3 times (and again test drove the car)before we finally made our decision. All times , they expressed confidence in their product and price, while giving us the space we needed to make our decision. In the end, they gave us the final push (nicely) we needed to close the deal. More

Chuck will contact you asap if a new issue arrives while servicing the car, and will ask if we'd like to have issue resolved. He explains in detail and shows on paperwork if any concern should be resolved to keep us safe while driving. We appreciate and trust the honesty, and feel comfortable getting service done. From Lou, to all his service staff members, they always acknowledge you and show interest in taking care of your car's needs. To me this is a great asset for anyone dealing with the Lexus of Atlantic City's Service Dept. More
