I have been searching for a RC350 for over a year in a nice color and a friend finally found one for me in Atlantic City. Since I live over an hour away, I was not ready for the drive during the week and nice color and a friend finally found one for me in Atlantic City. Since I live over an hour away, I was not ready for the drive during the week and to sit in the dealership for the night. I called and spoke with Helen right away. I was able to purchase my car on the phone with her all during my drive home from work. She took care of all my paperwork via text message. I barely had to do any work. When I went to pick up the car a couple of days later, it was sitting in the lot with a big red bow. Helen was right there to greet me. I signed my paperwork and was out of the dealer in 25 minutes. What a seamless experience. It was so nice having everything done prior to even walking in the dealer. Helen was so nice to work with, and she keeps checking in on me to make sure everything is as expected. I highly recommend Helen at Lexus of Atlantic City if you are in store for buying another lexus. More
