He did a great job matching what I told him I wanted and made the process smooth and easy. I would have liked there to have been more inventory available at the dealership to be able to make comparisons in person. Having spent some time making comparisons on the Lexus website, I had a pretty firm idea of what I wanted and was able to match that with a vehicle at the dealership. Relationships with the people there are what makes all the difference. That is what has made me comfortable in placing my trust in Lexus and Birmingham for 16 years. More

I ordered a Lexus UX 250 H from this dealership. Tony was great however the vehicle was delivered with one key fob and I was not told about this in advance. Everyone knows how difficult it is to find a GX550 right now, but Rich Quarles helped me find the perfect one.
