On the day I was to come to the dealer to pick up my car, I didn't have a ride. Not only did Eddie drive to my house to pick me up, he had a beautiful red bow on my car when we got to the dealer. He is always reachable by phone or email before, during and after you drive your car home. I will definitely go back to him in 3 years when I lease my next Lexus. More
