Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I can see why this dealership is the best of the best. Definitely top notch. Now for some individual shout outs: Joe Palmisano was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to get me in the perfect car! It is clear that he loves what he does. His entire team was fantastic. Joe you are the BEST! Sam Aly made sure every detail was just right. The red roses were an added bonus. Thanks for literally getting my car off the truck :) Verbie Swanigan, thanks for making the paperwork go quickly and smoothly. I appreciated your efficiency. This is our first Lexus and based on our experience so far, it certainly won’t be our last. From the moment we walked in the door until we drove away in our new car, my husband and I (and on one visit, our daughter) were treated with courtesy and professionalism beyond compare but not only that, it was also a super friendly and welcoming atmosphere that didn’t feel phony or forced. We were encouraged to call or stop in with any questions or concerns and I won’t hesitate to do so. Highly recommend every thing about this dealership, employees and vehicle!!! More
