Great experience after stressful situation I ended up having my last car fail on me the night before my husband left for a business trip. I had to get kids to school and sports events and I had I ended up having my last car fail on me the night before my husband left for a business trip. I had to get kids to school and sports events and I had to get to work - luckily I was able to (barely) get the old car to the dealership the next morning. Nate the manager got the process started with my trade-in and Sam was able to get me the new Lexus RX350 with the options I wanted - he helped talk me through the process and get everything set up quickly. Jordan in Finance was also extremely helpful with the lease process and helped make sure we were able to quickly get through everything and talked me through the financial portion to make sure it was all clear. I signed that day and am extremely happy with the new car. I appreciate all of their help and overall had a great experience. More

After coming to an agreement about the trade in value of my vehicle, I was given a pick up time that fit my schedule. The paperwork was ready when I arrived, It was all organized and didn't take very long. My new car was waiting when that was finished. Lexus Wade did a fantastic job of walking me through the new/different features from the older Lexus I had just traded in. I drove away knowing everything I needed to know and although I have Lexus Wade on speed dial, he did such a great job, I haven't needed to reach out. Unfortunately, the negotiation for my trade in was like working with a sleazy used car dealer - not sure who was responsible for this bad experience, but it was not Nate. Lots of back and forth and monkeying around, playing games and quite patronizing. Not enjoyable. Once that was resolved, however, the rest of the purchasing experience was great. Jordan Klein made the financing and paperwork process seamless and Wade Schumacher made the delivery part a truly wonderful experience. Wade really kicked up the customer service to rockstar levels.
