It was a truly win/win deal for both. Over the years my wife and I purchased many new and used cars and my wife never liked to go for the buying of them but for this deal she was pleasantly surprised on how relaxed she was working with the Lexus team. This was the first time we Leased a car and had many questions, Dave and Ferbie did a wonderful job on answering all of our questions and explains the benefits of the lease. Nate was super to ensure both Madelyn and I were comfortable with all of the conditions of the lease and Ferbie went thru all of the ‘paper work’ to make sure we understood the lease. Nate and Ferbie are both professional and personable. Great team When picking up the car, Wade made sure we understood the technical aspects of the car and explained them very well, he did a super job and we will be making an appointment after we drive the car for a couple of week to go over some of the questions we know we will have after we use it for a while, Wade takes the technical jargon out of his explanation and explains in a very non technical matter. Dan Bates was our Sales Representative and I can not say enough good about this man. I had just had a major surgery 3 weeks prior and moving around was difficult at best. Dan went above and beyond for me to ensure my comfort. Had me near the doors where he brought over several RX350's we were interested in so that my walking was minimal. He explained every detail to each car and then drove us so that we could get a better feel for the different models. He was kind, informative and worked very hard to give us the best deal possible. It's this type of commitment that will keep us coming back. Hold on to Dan, he's what makes Lexus of Brookfield so successful. After we purchased our vehicle on the day we picked it up, he had everything in order, car detailed to perfection, a technician to go through the car and a dozen of the most beautiful Roses.
