I returned with my Lexus ES350 one year after my purchase and driving it everyday. Our initial consult at purchase time was very worthwhile, but until I experienced a few questionable technology issues, I needed a review. There were more than a few questions which I had written down to ask Wade. He sat in my passenger seat and truly guided me through each and every question with patience and expertise. None of my questions seemed too minor to be addressed. The excitement Wade shares for this vehicle is contagious. One question needed consulting with other Lexus tech experts and Wade retreived and explained that answer during our session in my car. He also assured me that I can continue to text him or set up and appointment with any future questions and he will be available to help. More
