I recently purchased a LX570 from Sky Liang. He is by far the best salesman I had ever met. He went above and beyond with the service for me and my husband. We have purchased other new cars in the past but the experience was not like this one at all. I cannot praise this dealer enough. He answered all my questions with concise answers and, if there was a decision to be made, he came in to describe my options in enough detail to enable me to make that decision quickly. I felt quite comfortable in the waiting room, with snacks, drinks, a TV, and comfy chairs while I was waiting for my test drive. The experience was truly amazing. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and Sky was able to provide courteous service, and definitely did not waste my time with sales techniques as did other dealers. Last week on Friday, I called the service department due to a message on my console. I was left on hold and no one responded. On Monday, my car stopped working and I was stranded. He as well took responsibility for the poor phone service I received. He tried to make up for the inconvenience of having been stranded when all this could have been avoided if the previous day, someone would have responded to my concern by answering my phone inquiry.
