Last week on Friday, I called the service department due to a message on my console. I was left on hold and no one responded. On Monday, my car stopped working and I was stranded. After called for s due to a message on my console. I was left on hold and no one responded. On Monday, my car stopped working and I was stranded. After called for service, I spoke to Chris. He stayed on the phone, waiting for me to have my car brought in and took care of me. I felt happy to know that someone had my back! He as well took responsibility for the poor phone service I received. He tried to make up for the inconvenience of having been stranded when all this could have been avoided if the previous day, someone would have responded to my concern by answering my phone inquiry. More

I bought my car from Bay Ridge Lexus over a year ago and anytime I needed anything from the service department I dealt with Mr.Munoz. He was very professional and extremely helpful I would reccommend anyone anytime I needed anything from the service department I dealt with Mr.Munoz. One example, I had a huge whole in my tire and I brought it right into the service deparentment and Mr.Munoz called up the manufacturer of my tires to make sure I didn't have to pay a dollar out of pocket to for a new tire. I have been going to Bay Ridge Lexus for service for years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car s years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car strictly to Lexus. Although they are more expensive than the local mechanic I can trust that they will do a good job with my car. Thank god I never had any major issues with the car but whatever I had done was done well and in a timely manner. My service consultant, Alex Munoz, is very friendly and professional and always goes out of his way to make sure that I understand what needs to be done and why and what the costs will be. I trust that he would not try to rip me off by claiming my car needs work when it doesn't. Whenever I call with an issue, for example I had a nail in my tire a few weeks ago, Alex is always quick to return phone calls and lets me bring the car in right away. Alex is always courteous and goes out of his way to make sure my car is taken care of, whether I'm there for a big job or something trivial like an inspection, he always makes me feel like me and my car are important. I will continue to bring my car there as long as I own a Lexus. More
