We have been looking for a specific used SUV for quite some time. We discovered that Lexus of Cerritos had the exact vehicle in pristine condition. I am normally highly suspect and critical of car sales people, however, Allen's approach was extremely refreshing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot, both new and used. He was excellent at understanding our needs, and was always available to assist us with every question while making sure we understood everything from the contract to the infotainment system. He even made sure my Pregnant wife got a bite to eat when she got a little hungry. This is my best car buying experience by far and I will definitely refer friends and family back to Allen in the future. My Wife and I left San Diego at 7:00 AM to see a number of cars in the LA area that morning. After our experience with Allen and receiving a great deal, it was very well worth the trip! More

Also, in the few times that I have interacted with other staff (courtesy vehicles, cashier, etc.)they have always been very nice and attentive. It helps that everyone seems to understand that the customer's time is valuable and they try to get you in and out of there as quickly as possible.
