From the moment I pulled up to the lot of this dealership I felt the star treatment! I had talked with Mo Qureshi on the phone and he was anticipating my arrival. The staff out front was extremely polite as well as everyone in the showroom. Cleo was very friendly (smiled) so important to me, and offered me a cool drink while awaiting Mo's return. Mo arrived and actually introduced me to Cleo whom to my surprise would be handling my needs. I provided minimal information to him, filled out a short application and in less than 10 minutes Cleo was back with a print out of the exact terms I wanted for my car. It couldn't have been any simplier!! Everything was so quick, fast and easy. Cleo was a true professional and provided great customer service. He offered advice and shared insight on the importance of the warranty, which gave me a real sense of piece about my car.
