The steering wheel wasn’t straight, the wheels were out of alignment, and the car — which was advertised as a “160-point inspected pre-owned” vehicle — was covered in water corrosion. Their only proposed solution was for me to drive the car 500 miles back to them, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the manager has since started ignoring my emails. At this point, it’s clear they don’t genuinely care about customers. My car now looks terrible with the corrosion, and the steering wheel pulls like something from a sub-$10k car. I truly hope other buyers don’t have to go through this, but if you’re shopping for a used car, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
