I am always a little bit apprehensive when buying a used car and also when having to go to a dealership to do so because it is usually intimidating. But I had such a sense of relief when I was given sales s car and also when having to go to a dealership to do so because it is usually intimidating. But I had such a sense of relief when I was given sales staff member Cleo Williams by the General Manager to take care of me. He put me and my wife at ease immediately with a friendly and outgoing personality. He made the test drive enjoyable and he is knowledgable about the model RX330 I was looking at. During the whole experience he made sure I knew what was going to happen next and even helped with a return rental I had to make that day. Since I have to go back to the dealership to finalize some financing he called to let me know he wouldn't be there that day but gave me a contact person so when I came in I would be taken care of.
