Purchased a 2025 RX 350 that was advertised as coming with all weather floor mats AND all weather CARGO mat. I was charged $360.00 per the purchase price breakdown on the provided spec sheet and vehicle with all weather floor mats AND all weather CARGO mat. I was charged $360.00 per the purchase price breakdown on the provided spec sheet and vehicle window sticker. Sales person stated the all weather cargo mat is not included. Brought it up to a finance manager, showed the spec sheet, and he agreed with me. Sales person said he'd check inventory. I have yet to receive a call, email, or text regarding the mat. I tried calling and even went back to the dealership. Still no response, no resolution, and no all weather cargo mat. I made the purchase May 01, 2025 and it's now May 20, 2025. More
