The car buying process was fine, but once I had my car they were totally useless. I couldn't get a return phone call. I never received my registration and they wouldn't help me get one. They just told they were totally useless. I couldn't get a return phone call. I never received my registration and they wouldn't help me get one. They just told me to contact the DMV and pay the fee again which I had already paid to them. Also, I signed up for the extended warranty and they said I could cancel within 30 days, so after I cancelled within 30 days they wouldn't return my calls when I called to inquire about my refund.
