I brought my RX 350 in because I had to replace a tire that was punctured by a nail. My usual service advisor, Joe (who is awesome), wasn't there, so Alex helped me. I have to say that I'm impressed that that was punctured by a nail. My usual service advisor, Joe (who is awesome), wasn't there, so Alex helped me. I have to say that I'm impressed that I received the same level of excellent service and all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
