I had excellent service. Erik, my advisor was an absolute pleasure to work with. My RX350 was in for an oil change but found my battery did not pass the inspection and had t Erik, my advisor was an absolute pleasure to work with. My RX350 was in for an oil change but found my battery did not pass the inspection and had to be replaced. Bracket had to be ordered. First time I had to drive a lender car. Transition was smooth in driving an unknown vehicle. I have been a customer since 2013 when I purchased my vehicle. I am so grateful for the thorough service on my Lexus. Great service!!! More
