I took my car in for service and the service department was organized and quick about getting everyone checked in. My service advisor, Dan, came to me and got me settled with the paperwork. Purchased a used vehicle from Cerritos Lexus through Autonation on 8/10/22. The vehicle required a rim repair. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, the rim in question was poorly repaired, did not match Autonation on 8/10/22. The vehicle required a rim repair. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, the rim in question was poorly repaired, did not match the other rims and was spray painted with overspray occurring throughout the wheel-well and surrounding parts. Sales associates Elaine Sanchez and Janet Ceballos and I looked and both agreed the repair was unacceptable. Elaine Sanchez obtained approval to order a new rim and confirmed this agreement via email. A follow-up was made on 8/17/22 and 9/3/22 with consistent replies of “we are awaiting replacement.” We are now in October and now believe this was an empty promise. I wanted to give this dealership the opportunity to create a favorable experience but am now resorting to writing this poor review of my experience with this Lexus of Cerritos. More
