Bought my Lexus GX460 SUV through Carmax. I always had service done by the dealer with previous cars, all six 4runners. Stepped up to Lexus. Service Adviser Alex Cruz looked up all the record I always had service done by the dealer with previous cars, all six 4runners. Stepped up to Lexus. Service Adviser Alex Cruz looked up all the records he could find on my vehicle and then explained my options. It was refreshing not to be pushed or over sold. I liked he wrenched on vehicles and could explain, in detail, what was involved in the repair from a techs' perspective. The experience was truly amazing. More

I love the friendly employees. Dorothy is a doll. Always so cheerful and helpful. Considering the amount of cars that were there for service, my car was done a very timely manne Dorothy is a doll.
