Its my first service! Sales personnel provided no incentive to purchase the vehicle at the Mount Laurel Location. Its not the fault of the salesman; but from someone up the Sales personnel provided no incentive to purchase the vehicle at the Mount Laurel Location. Its not the fault of the salesman; but from someone up the ladder. This was not my first attempt to purchase a Lexus from this dealership. So, I purchased the Lexus at another dealership. I have been in for service twice and I have found the service staff less than personable. There's a feeling that since I did not purchase the vehicle from Cherry Hill Lexus that service would be less than friendly and that has been the case. Every time I have come in I have been asked, "Did you purchase the vehicle here?" Although I simply stated "no," it shouldn't matter. This is not a question that your staff should be asking. Its not convenient to have it serviced elsewhere but if this continues I will go to another dealership. I thought that this dealership offered free car washes. I had to ask when the vehicle was presented to me after service was completed. The other dealerships (not Lexus) that we have used the past ten years automatically provided a wash; I never had to ask. More
