I had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann Lonnett to lease my 2013 RX 350 and really had fun working with her. She and Andrew Greim have worked with me for my last 4 Lexus vehicles. The best part was when Mary Ann showed me all the new technology features in the 2013 model. She set up all of my settings & "accounts" for Sirius and the Nav system and demonstrated how the blind spot system works as well as the park assist tool. The next day, Mary Ann called my insurance company to transfer the insurance policy to my new car. As if that wasn't enough, she even gave me a Celine Dion CD to enjoy in my new car! Al L. has been my sales person all 3 times and has never let me down. Al is very thorough in explaining vehicle features and specs. With the most recent purchase, Tom Martellacci helped a great deal in getting me the vehicle I wanted. I had always wanted a white car but was unable to get one due to end of season inventory in 2010. This time around, I requested the Starfire Pearl with Saddle interior along with multiple extra features. Although I had to wait approx 2 weeks for the exact car to be delivered, it was WELL worth the wait. I could not be any more happier with my car (and it's only day 2!!!) On pick-up day, my paperwork was ready to go and I only had to give my signature. I was in and out in about 1 hour. On top of the excellent customer service and response time, the dealership itself is absolutely GORGEOUS! It honestly is a must-see location. The waiting area is amazing: flat screens, snacks and drinks, computer room, WiFi. I will continue to work with Lexus of Chester Springs for my future vehicles as customer service only gets better with continued customer loyalty. More
