By the time I came to pick up the vehicle, Amar Patel had already contacted my insurance company and there was really nothing for me to do except to sign some papers with Tom Martellacci and take the car. After I totalled my car, I knew I wanted a Lexus because I truly believe that it save my and my son's life. I was dealing with a concussion and dislocated ribs and vertebrae, so I did not return his call right away. However, Al made sure to reach out and leave another message that he was there to answer any questions and help out whenever I needed. When we finally spoke, he was very professional and put me at ease. I told him what I was looking for, and he went thru his inventory to ensure that I had several to choose from. I really appreciate that most of my shopping was done online, and thru phone conversations. He knew I was on a tight schedule with dr appointments and trying to catch up with my work. I really appreciate that when I came in, he didn't waste his time trying to upsell me. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and understood that I didn't have much time. He was not pushy or aggressive, and I really appreciate that there was no pressure to buy that day. I am in sales, so I know how uncomfortable that can be... and he was great. I did shop around with a few dealers, but Al was the most efficient and thoughtful. He listened to what I had to say and what I needed, and did get me an amazing price on my new car. I like how he pointed out little details about the RX350 that no other salesperson did. The day I actually bought, I only had an hour. He had Tom start the loan process before I even got there, and set up the controls and my phone to blue tooth while I was signing papers. Everything worked out smoothly, and I am thrilled with my new car. After I purchased it, Al called to follow up a few days later and make sure everything was going well.
