I was so taken aback by the level of professionalism and truly outstanding customer service that I did not hesitate for a moment to give Lexus of Clearwater 5 stars. It seemed to me that the team at Lexus of Clearwater wanted me to have a good car-buying experience and they were not going to let anything prevent that. I purchased a 2016 GX 460, a seven year old car, and when I got it home in Sebring, 2-1/2 hours away, I realized there was a problem with the tires. The next morning, I sent an email to my sales associate, Brian T. explaining the problem and asking him what I should do. That same morning I received a call from the Service Director, Nicole B., telling me that they would take care of the problem immediately at no cost or inconvenience to me. Which they did the very next day. Now, this was a used car and the tire problem wasn’t exactly their fault and it was not a cheap fix but they did not hesitate to make it right. When was the last time you got that kind of service from a car dealer? Ever? If you’re looking for a new or used car, Lexus of Clearwater is the only place to go.
