It’s very hard to do this evaluation given the unusual circumstances. The vehicle I purchased took 9 months from the first conversation I had with Tori and Mike the manager to the time it finally arrived circumstances. The vehicle I purchased took 9 months from the first conversation I had with Tori and Mike the manager to the time it finally arrived. The delay is 100% on Lexus. Tori tried to keep us informed the best she could but for the first five months there was little new Info coming from Japan. I love the NX I purchased just wish it could have arrived sooner. I ended up purchasing a car that I wasn’t able to test drive and never saw the 2022 version until. I went in to take delivery.I know there are a lot of supply chain issue to blame but this purchase took a lot of faith in Lexus to buy a $55k vehicle sight unseen. More
