The best experience I have ever had at any dealer period! I bought my car at Metro Lexus in Cleveland. Let me tell you, I was very impressed with everything! From Customer care to all the staff member, etc. I have bought many cars in the past at many dealer but hands down, this was my best experience. My sales rep was James Neff and he was the nicest man ever, very friendly and extremely helpful. He was also very thorough and honest. On top of that, the waiting area was like a hotel, I kid you not. They actually have a coffee bar with a very nice lady there making you any kind of coffee beverage that you would like including lattes, etc. They also had fresh baked cookies, and other treats. Big screen TV, multiple lounge style set ups with couches, beautiful wood work like the Ritz Carlton. I have never seen anything like this but most of all, they treat their customers top notch! I instantly became a Lexus fan. This is coming from a guy who has dealt with both Land Rover dealer as well as Mercedes. Both fell far in comparison! More

Responsive, knowledgeable and not pushy! I hate going into dealerships and asking questions the Sales guy doesn't know. He answered all my questions; even down to how many Horse Power each of the vehicles had. He quoted me a number 15% higher for my trade-in than my buddy who is a GM at another dealership (not Lexus) without even have the used car manager involved (which is what they ended up giving me). On the evening of February 13th, I texted his personal cell number on his day off at 10:00 p.m. at night and said "Can you get me a completely different car from another Lexus dealer and have us take delivery tomorrow? I want to get the car for my wife for Valentine's day." He said, "I will try". We drove off the lot with the car we wanted with a phenomenal deal at 4:15 p.m. on February 14th. He personally drove to the other Lexus dealer to get the car. Christian is great! My wife texted me today (2/14/18); "I freakin love my car #bestvalentinesever. Thanks Christian! More
