My wife and I just bought an NX350h from Ray, who made this a very good experience. We were very particular about model and specific options and Ray worked to find the color, and exact build we requested. this a very good experience. Because we were out of town for vacation during the process, Ray made sure we were updated on the timelines for delivery. When the car came in early, he held it and met us upon our return. Ray took great care to make sure that we were comfortable with all the features and helped sync my wife's phone and my own to the vehicle. We never felt pressured and appreciate Ray's courtesy and professionalism. More
