Linda - I am sorry to see that you were disappointed with your experience this time around. We did provide you with our complimentary car wash and detailing for your IS 350. However, it is an additional charge for the complete detail and carpet shampoo service. Our Service Consultant, Nathan, did explain that the scratch you mentioned to the team is deep enough that removing it may require paintwork rather than buffing. You are welcome to come by and I will be more than happy to inspect it and give an estimate for any paintwork that might be required. Please don't hesitate to give me a call directly at 925-808-4154.
