Brought in the car to have a leaky battery replaced. The service order required cleaning-up the acid, replacing the lugs and battery bracket. A simple repair. And no washing of the acid took place. The car was returned. The service writer appologized. They washed the acid from surface areas by hose-nothing to neutralize the acid. The clamp was replaced. In the end I was so disappointed I removed the battery, cleaned all the acid under and around the battery with baking soda. I completed this very normal, low skill, service properly. They will not work on my car again. More

Called into the dealership to test drive an SC430. When I returned from the drive, the salesman told me he had 'lost' my driver's license! Next day, no call to confirm the license was lost (even though he promised he would call to let me know). Day after that I called, and was told 'we are still looking for it'. Next day, again no call. Day after, I called to speak to the sales manager. He is turn called the salesman, and made him call me. The call I received was a tirade about me calling his manager, and that he was 'still looking, but I'll call you to let you know if we don't find it'. I got a new license from the DMV....and am still awaiting a call. Terrible dealership. More
