Two weeks ago, I visited Lexus to see the CT 200h. Because of the research I had done, I was close to making up my mind to buy the car. He is extremely knowledgable, listens well and addresses concerns and questions, not at all pushy, good humored, patient, and very professional. I imagine all of the sales people at Lexus are good, but Josh was perfect for me. I like that he has a background in service, and he has been in touch since I bought my car and is available for any and all questions. I have already recommended him to friends who are car shopping. When I left with my new car, I was thinking I should write Josh a thank you note. Maybe it is crazy to write a thank you note when I'm the one who bought the car, but, my experience with Josh was that good. More

We took our 2008 RX into Lexus of Nashville to look at trading it in on a 2012 RX. We were greeted in a monsoon with Josh carrying an umbrella. There was absolutely no pressure and Josh went out of his way to find the car with the options we wanted eventually to a dealership in North Carolina. When they arranged for delivery, Josh even offered to deliver the new car to our home 110 miles away and pick up our trade at that time. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with Lexus of Nashville and our sales associate, Josh.
